We have just had an update from our parters at Randox and great news to let us know that the screenings are going so well we have a waiting list! With the extended opening at Randox Liverpool Clinic the number of requested appointments has rocketed.
We have a waiting list of about 100 and full weeks of about 34 screenings a week well into May. This is great news and we are really happy that people are utilising the service. It really could save a life.
Unfortunately we have had a few ’no shows’. This doesn’t only impact the charity, the small number of ‘no shows’ or ‘insufficient warning apologies’ means someone else’s disappointment at not being offered that slot or the Charity having to waste money on the slot, it is really important that we utilise our slots accordingly.
Could we please remind you, particularly if you’re booked into an early morning slot that you are mindful of others and if you can’t make your appointment please let Randox know in advance so we can try and fill the slot with someone on the waiting list.
